Premium recipe preview

Turn an Obsidian vault into an operating system for real work.

The Obsidian Operator System is being extracted from a Git-versioned vault with more than 4,500 working notes. The premium pack will contain only sanitized templates, dashboards, agent instructions, and onboarding material—never private notes.

The working loop

Capture
Daily and meeting templates collect context without forcing everything into a task manager.
Connect
People, tasks, projects, and source meetings remain linked as readable Markdown.
Query
Dataview dashboards surface open work, overdue commitments, history, and related notes.
Review
Scoped Codex and Claude Code instructions turn the vault into a bounded workspace instead of an unguarded chatbot dump.

Planned launch offer

$79 one-time launch price

  • Sanitized starter vault with consistent metadata.
  • Daily, meeting, people, task, project, and review templates.
  • Dataview dashboards and Meta Bind actions.
  • Scoped instructions for Codex and Claude Code.
  • Migration guide, privacy checklist, and a clean-vault verification script.
  • Twelve months of recipe updates.

This is a preview, not a checkout. Payment opens only after the downloadable pack passes a clean-install test and contains no source-vault data.

What the review caught before sale

  • Daily-note navigation and creation paths need one consistent convention.
  • Frontmatter, inline fields, statuses, and template engines need normalization.
  • The Git, Dataview, Templater, and Meta Bind plugin versions need an upgrade-and-regression pass.
  • The export must exclude work notes, personal notes, attachments, history, credentials, and local workspace state.
  • Agent permissions must remain local, explicit, and unable to publish or contact people without approval.

Boundary

A template does not make a company process safe. Buyers still own access control, retention, backups, source permissions, and review of any agent-generated action.
