1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Software Sausage, you agree to these terms. Recommendations, reports, recipes, and model critiques are decision support, not legal, financial, medical, security, or professional advice.

2. Premium Reports & Refunds

The $39 decision report is delivered digitally after Stripe confirms payment. If a paid report is unavailable or materially incomplete because of a technical failure, contact support@softwaresausage.com. Any mandatory consumer rights still apply.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliate and compensated links, when present, are labeled beside the link. Compensation never changes recommendation eligibility, editorial assessment, or ranking.

4. Integrator matching

Software Sausage may introduce independent customers and service providers. Each party is responsible for due diligence, contracts, access controls, payment, delivery, insurance, licensing, and legal compliance. An introduction is not an endorsement or performance guarantee.

5. Open-source software

Open-source and self-hosted options can require paid hosting, support, implementation, backups, security work, and commercial features. Verify the current project license and edition before adopting or redistributing software.

6. MCP membership

MCP member access costs $1 USD per month and renews automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel it through the Stripe billing portal. Keep access tokens private, rotate a token you suspect was exposed, and do not use the service to evade limits or disrupt the site. Taxes may apply where required.
