A support team that wants a managed shared inbox, help center, chat, lightweight automation, and a customer-focused workflow without administering a larger service platform.

Vendor-listed core features

  • โœ“ Shared Inbox
  • โœ“ Docs
  • โœ“ In-app Messaging
  • โœ“ Customer Collision Detection

Pricing snapshot

The official annual-billing view lists a Free plan for up to five users, Standard at $25/user/month, Plus at $45, and Pro at $75. Extra inboxes, Docs sites, AI resolutions, onboarding, channels, and security add-ons can increase cost.

What the subscription does not operate for you

Assign owners for routing, mailbox access, SLAs, saved replies, knowledge-base accuracy, escalation, privacy, retention, reporting definitions, and the failure path for every connected channel.

Migration and exit checks

Export a representative date range and use the API for raw conversations, users, customers, and Docs content. Reconcile attachments, threads, custom fields, tags, assignments, timestamps, and open states before cutover.

In-app report exports omit conversation thread contents and open-conversation aggregates; other account data generally requires APIs, while a customer-list CSV is supplied on request without conversation history.
