Primary-source desk review · September 3, 2026

A sales team that wants contacts, deal pipelines, outreach, and reporting in one connected CRM—and has an owner for data quality and lifecycle rules.

Vendor-listed core features

  • ✓ Email Marketing
  • ✓ Sales Pipeline
  • ✓ Customer Support Hub
  • ✓ Automation Workflows

Pricing snapshot

The official page lists free tools for two users, then seat-, hub-, contact-, and credit-based tiers. Promotional prices and required onboarding can materially change first-year cost.

What the subscription does not operate for you

Assign ownership for fields, duplicates, permissions, lifecycle stages, integrations, and credit usage; an all-in-one platform does not remove CRM administration.

Migration and exit checks

Pilot with a representative CSV and reconcile record counts, associations, owners, activities, and custom fields before the final import.

HubSpot supports record exports, but recreating workflows, associations, history, dashboards, and connected-app behavior elsewhere is separate migration work.
