Name owners for consent evidence, suppression, segmentation, sender authentication, content approval, list hygiene, bounce and complaint monitoring, automations, integrations, and regulatory requests.
Migration and exit checks
Export audiences including subscribed, cleaned, transactional, and unsubscribed contacts; also reconcile tags, segments, consent fields, templates, campaign content, reports, automations, domains, integrations, and suppression before cutover.
The account export includes many CSV and content files, but Mailchimp says email and SMS reports cannot be re-imported and website, landing-page, and ad content is unavailable in the export. Rebuilding journeys and integrations is separate work.
