Pricing snapshot

The official US Sales page lists Free Suite at $0, Starter at $25, Pro at $100, Enterprise at $175, Unlimited at $350, and Agentforce 1 Sales at $550 per user per month. APIs, sandboxes, AI, support, storage, and related clouds vary by edition or add-on.

What the subscription does not operate for you

Budget for administrators and owners of the data model, roles, sharing, flows, releases, integrations, duplicate rules, storage, sandboxes, audit controls, user training, and ongoing backlog governance.

Migration and exit checks

Map objects, relationships, record owners, IDs, picklists, validation, automation, attachments, permissions, integrations, and historical activities; test a small CSV first and reconcile rejected records before scaling.

Salesforce can export object data as CSV, but an operational org also contains metadata, automation, reports, dashboards, permissions, integrations, files, packages, and edition-specific behavior that a row export does not recreate.
