Name owners for product data, inventory, fulfillment, returns, fraud, tax configuration, customer service, domains, theme changes, app permissions, and reconciliation across payment and accounting systems.
Migration and exit checks
Export representative products and customers, download the theme, inventory apps and automations, and test orders, discounts, redirects, media, subscriptions, taxes, fulfillment, and historical reporting in the destination.
Shopify documents separate CSV and theme paths; a theme download excludes products, collections, menus, pages, posts, images, and files, and orders require an app or API to import into another store. Treat duplication as a project, not a single backup.
